ÆTHERIC
Imagine if there was an alternative plane of existence.
Imagine that you had the ability to enter that plane.
Imagine of that plane allowed you to move forward and backward in time and even reach out and physically manifest.
Now imagine that it isn't just your imagination, but real.
This is Aetheric.
In this show, Paul Prater shares the stories of his great aunt, a renowned psychic who was able to enter alternate dimensions and create stunning evidence of this fact. Paul won't just tell her tales though, he will demonstrate these abilities.
This show is highly interactive and the audience members will also take part in the show, learning about these abilities and perhaps even manifesting them on stage.
The show is very smart and humorous. Paul doesn't take himself too seriously and neither should you.

MASCHERA
A mask; it allows you to hide, to change, to transform. These are the opening lines spoken in Paul Prater’s show Maschera. In this show, Paul talks about the power and seductiveness of masks while providing uncanny demonstrations of transformation, synchronicity and mindreading.
What happens when you are asked to lie? Can you do so successfully or will your face betray you? Can a mask hide the truth? Would you be willing to risk placing a curse on yourself to save another? Can a mask actually confer true power on the wearer? These are but a few of the questions explored in this terrific, interactive show. Paul will share some very unique antiques and items he has acquired over the years while inviting the audience to take part in creating the performance.
The entire audience is invited to attend while wearing masks of some type. They can choose whether to keep them on and remain hidden or take them off to reveal themselves.
REQUIEM
In this special show, Paul Prater will tell the tales of long forgotten souls. By telling their stories we can reconnect with the past and the keep the dead alive, in a manner of speaking. Paul will not only share stories, but old artifacts and even some of the tools used by the mediums of yesteryear in their attempts to contact the dead.
Be careful when you play with the dead though, you never know what may happen!
This is a piece of interactive theater, where audience members help create the show, making each show unique and different. The audience size is kept small so that everyone takes part. This is not a sit back and watch show, but one in which all resent will take part.
This is a show that is not for the faint of heart.
BIBLIOMANCER
Bibliomancer was selected as a sponsored show in the New Orleans Fringe Festival in 2014. It was selected out of hundreds of other entries.
Paul Prater will read your body language, your thought processes and your mind in this incredible mindreading show.
Paul has always been fascinated with books and reading and this forms the framework for this show, incorporating tales from his childhood and the tales he read. Which are real and which are imagined?
In Bibliomancer, you will take part as Paul Prater shares his favorite stories, while asking you to share a few of yours. You will attempt to deceive him with lies, and he still reads the truth. Paul is able to get into your mind and draw images and scenes from your favorite stories and your past. The show demonstrates how stories can be told not only by words, but also by body language, deductive reasoning and photographs.
In this dark, yet humorous show, you will share memories of the deceased, dowse for the dead, and have memories from the past implanted in your heads. Someone will be transported back in time by an object belonging to a famous author.
Finally, an incredible piece of coincidence will occur when much of what you experienced earlier in the show was foretold years ago in way that can’t just be coincidence.
This show will leave you wondering if you just took part in a fabricated work of fiction or if what you experienced was real.
